Andrew Yuk Yeung Liu

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

AMFT# 134815

You've finally checked all the boxes as expected and did everything perfectly, so why do you still feel unsatisfied, empty, or even resentful? You tried to focus on your success and hoped these feelings would go away, but it only works for a short time until you feel stuck again. It is a common experience, and you're not alone. I specialize in supporting individuals who have met societal expectations but are seeking deeper fulfillment.

Coping with life's changes can be overwhelming, especially when societal, familial, and personal expectations weigh on you. We all aspire to lead fulfilling lives and find happiness. However, that can look different for all of us. Instead of seeing that out, we are expected to be grateful, to stop complaining, and to not talk about our feelings. So many of us feel these challenges but believe we’re the only ones. I am here to remind you that you are not alone and would be happy to support you in realizing what really matters.
